LEGAL DEPOSIT
Cenicafé with the desire to preserve the bibliographic heritage of Colombia. The Journal makes the legal, printed, and digital deposit of all its issues at the National Library of Colombia, the Departmental Library, the Library of Congress, and the Library of the Colombian National University. It also deposits the Cenicafé Library.

EDICIÓN AND PUBLICATION COMPUTER SYSTEM
La Revista Cenicafé develops its entire publication process through the Open Journal System, which is compatible with the OAI-PMH protocol in publication and open access.
EDITORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Editorial Committee of Cenicafé aims to ensure the dissemination and transfer of knowledge, guaranteeing rigor and scientific quality with ethical commitment. At Cenicafé, we adopted as a reference the Code of Conduct established by the Publications Ethics Committee.
Obligations and general responsibilities of the Editorial Committee of Cenicafé In terms of the quality of the most responsible persons of the Cenicafé Journal, the Editorial Committee undertakes to:
* Constantly improve the Journal.
* Ensure the quality of the material published in Cenicafé Journal.
* Watch for freedom of expression.
* Prevent commercial interests from compromising intellectual criteria.
* Be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies when necessary.
Likewise, in terms of originality, the peer review process, complaints, and academic integrity and rigor, the Editorial Committee is committed to:
* Ensure the quality of the published material, ensuring consistency of the objectives and standards of the Journal.
* The editors' decisions to accept or reject a document for publication are based solely on the relevance of the work, its originality, and expository clarity, as well as the pertinence of the studio.
* The Journal describes the processes followed in the peer review of each work received.
* The right of authors to appeal against editorial decisions is recognized.
* The editors will not modify their decision regarding the acceptance of submissions, unless irregularities or extraordinary situations are detected. Any change in the editorial team members will not affect the decisions already taken, except in exceptional cases in which severe circumstances converge.
* While the material sent for publication in the Cenicafé Journal is considered reserved and confidential while it is evaluated.
* Responding quickly to queries received.
* Ensure that the material you publish conforms to internationally accepted ethical standards.
* The Editorial Committee assumes its obligation to act accordingly in case of suspicion of practical maladies or inappropriate conduct. This obligation extends to both published and unpublished documents. The editors will not only reject the manuscripts that raise doubts about possible misconduct, but they consider themselves ethically obligated to denounce the alleged cases of misconduct.
* Protection of individual data It is the direct responsibility of the authors to have the relevant authorizations for images (personal photographs, commercial brands...) and other data (age, gender, social level, etc.) of people or commercial products.
FINANCING SOURCE
The funding source of Cenicafé Journal is institutional. Categorized as a publication of Open Access or Open Access(OA) Golden Open Access, it is decided that after the acceptance of the article by the Editorial Committee, the APC (Article Publishing Charge) the costs of the review, production, and publication of the article does not pay the author but the institution assumes it.
