Factores que obstaculizan el impulso de la mediación familiar en Tabasco

Resumen

Este artículo examina los factores que obstaculizan el impulso de la mediación familiar en el Estado de Tabasco. A través de un proceso de revisión documental se identificaron cuatro factores principales que contribuyen a estos obstáculos. En primer lugar, la falta de conciencia y conocimiento sobre la mediación familiar limita su adopción como una opción de resolución de conflictos. En segundo lugar, la escasez de programas y servicios de mediación familiar dificulta el acceso a esta alternativa.  En tercer lugar, la resistencia al cambio representa un obstáculo significativo. La preferencia arraigada por métodos tradicionales de resolución de conflictos y la reticencia a participar activamente en la búsqueda de soluciones consensuadas limitan la adopción de la mediación como un enfoque efectivo. Por último, los recursos limitados comprometen el desarrollo y la promoción de la mediación familiar. La asignación insuficiente de presupuesto y la escasez de mediadores capacitados dificultan la expansión de los programas de mediación y la provisión de servicios accesibles a las familias. Para impulsar eficazmente la mediación familiar en Tabasco, se deben abordar estos factores obstaculizadores mediante la promoción de la conciencia y el conocimiento, el aumento de la oferta de programas y servicios, la superación de la resistencia al cambio y la garantía de recursos adecuados.
