¿Qué impacto han tenido los contextos geopolíticos en la creación y transformación de las comisiones de estudio de la violencia en Colombia?

Abstract

This article presents a reflection on the relationship between the most emblematic violence clarification commissions in Colombia and the geopolitical contexts in which they were framed. The Cold War, the different democratization waves at the end of the century, and the transitional justice dawn are processes constituting the expert activity on the national scope. Consequently, the article invites to study academic knowledge production as an independent object of social research. On the other hand, the article also asks for reflexivity and critique of those who are labeled as experts.
