Construcción y consolidación de la paz en Colombia: términos de integración de iniciativas y medidas con fronteras cada vez más difusas

Abstract

Peacebuilding is an acknowledged concept in process of definition. It has been changing as measures to live in peace has been put in place in different societies. This paper evidences two perspectives for its study: the first one is related to the international intervention on development, democracy, human rights, market economy and peace; the other one focuses on social relationships, peace zo­nes, local actors in countries in conflict, attitudes and prejudices. Theoretically speaking, both are different, but become complementary in colombian context under the idea that peacebuilding must consider all possible actors and scenarios.
