This paper focuses on the importance of illustration as a valid tool and technique for alternative teaching methodologies and their processes. It summarizes a bibliographic search and explains how, through experiential experiences in the classroom with illustration subjects, the analysis and exploration of the problem was ratified, and it was obtained a methodological instrument built in consensus with the research team of the project Cultivos: Experiencias Gráficas alrededor de la Enseñanza sobre el Campo.
