Una solución para el transporte público de Neiva: diseño de una app móvil

Abstract

This article analyses the degree of apprehension and usage of the traditional public transport by the community from Neiva city, as well as, the need for a technological tool as a guide for that porpose. With the aim of designing a mobile application (app), as a solution to Neiva’s public transport, and in that way improve the Public Transport Strategic System (setp), in this community and also determining the need for a communicative tool.
